Since 1980, construction projects have been part of the company operations. In 1995, Steel Stone Company Ltd. was legally licensed with U Than Lwin as the chairman.
In Yangon, Shwe Pyi Thar, multiple zones were developed including Thardu Kan Industrial Zone, Shwelinban Industrial Zone, and Hlaing Tharyar Industrial Zone.
On average, projects valuing USD 5 million to 10 million were carried out annually. In general, projects worth USD 150 million are being handled by our company as of now.
